Multicultural, feminist psychotherapy for individuals and couples

Initial Intake Assessment

$225, 60-minutes

During an intake, you will share your history with me, we will discuss your current concerns, and consider desired outcomes of therapy. The combination of these things will inform the determination of a diagnosis* and creation of a treatment plan for moving forward. A couples counseling intake may span more than one meeting, due to the breadth of information gathered.

Individual Psychotherapy

$190 for 55-minutes, $165 for 45-minutes

Following the intake, we will meet virtually for regular therapy sessions, typically on a weekly basis. Once therapy is well established, session frequency and length may be adjusted based on your needs.

Supervision (LPC / LPCC)

$85-$125 for 55-minute individual/dyads, $185 for 90-minute groups

As a Board Approved Supervisor, I offer supervision for pre-licensed folks pursuing LPC or LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota in individual, dyad, and small group formats.

I am also contracted as a supervisor through Vibrant Life Therapy Clinic where I provide weekly individual and monthly group supervision.

Relational (Couples) Therapy

$190, 55-minutes, $250 for 90-minutes

Following the same format as individual psychotherapy, I work virtually with those in a relationship (couples, polycules, adult siblings, etc.) on a weekly basis to deepen our understanding of all partners’ histories, examine the particular dynamics that get activated within each relational structure, and reimagine how to move forward together.

Reduced rates:

Accessibility to quality mental health care is an essential part of my practice. I offer a number of reduced-rate appointments for those who find my standard fee or their insurance deductibles prohibitive due to financial hardship. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this as an option. I prioritize these spots for individuals identifying as BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, single parents, formerly incarcerated, un/under-employed, disabled, chronically ill, and full-time students.
